Tej Kohli

Founder & CEO

Tej Kohli is a silicon alley veteran, with over 15 years of experience building and managing disruptive technology companies that help solve marketing problems. Prior to Easypurl.com, he founded INDROS Group, a digital/multi-channel marketing agency whose R&D work gave rise to Easypurl.com. Formerly, Tej has held senior positions at Innovative NYC companies at the forefront of rich media advertising and affinity marketing for consumer marketing giants like Proctor and Gamble, Disney and Time Life.

Tej founded Easypurl.com in 2006 to revolutionize the way marketers reach their audiences. As Chief Architect of its groundbreaking personalization engine, he helped develop the 1:1 marketing framework that drives Easypurl.com’s customer experience marketing capabilities.

Tej has authored many articles on e-commerce, CRM and loyalty marketing –– and Personalized URLs, of course. He speaks at conferences and marketing workshops held by leading industry organizations like the Direct Marketing Association (DMA). Tej holds a dual degree in Economics and Computer Science from Bethany College.

When not inspiring the management and team members at Easypurl, Tej can be found perfecting his low-handicap Golf game or improving his APA rankings.

Steven Amiel

Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Steven Amiel is a print industry veteran who built and sold three successful printing companies during 25 of the most volatile years in the industry. When digital technology emerged as a direct marketing technology, Steven quickly adapted and transformed his business from a conventional printing operation to a solutions–based marketing services provider – MMI Solutions – which was acquired by Easypurl in March 2012.

Steven frequently speaks at PIA and DMA events, and is a charter member of MarketingProfs. Steven is passionately committed to helping other companies succeed in integrated marketing – and makes it his mission to evangelize the benefits of 1:1 integrated marketing as a frequent speaker at PIA and DMA events nationwide.

These days, Steven can be spotted around town, trailed by a TV Camera crew –– as he currently filming a Reality TV show series that will air on cable television this upcoming Fall. Stay tuned for details!

Lynne–Marie Paquette

Vice President, Strategic Initiatives

Lynne–Marie Paquette has been providing investment banking, consulting and advisory services to clients for over 10 years. She has extensive experience in building software solutions –– and in helping technology companies with key financial decisions. At Credit Suisse, she advised media and technology clients on strategic financing initiatives including global M&A funding and inaugural security offerings.

Lynee–Marie’s transaction portfolio includes Fiserv’s acquisition of Checkfree, Oracle’s acquisition of BEA Systems, and BMC Software’s inaugural debt offering. Prior to Credit Suisse, she was a Senior SAP consultant for IBM’s Business Consulting Services where she implemented full-scale ERP solutions for Fortune 500 companies. She holds B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

When she takes breaks from helping Easypurl plot the course of its business future, Lynne-Marie can be found playing with the neighborhood dogs in Williamsburg, Brooklyn – especially her own, Buddy and Feller.

Paul Mitchell

Director of Sales

Paul Mitchell joined Easypurl to manage an expanding sales team and help make Easypurl into the industry–leading integrated marketing platform. He is responsible for creating and deploying training programs, sales growth initiatives, marketing plans and creative branding strategies at Easypurl.

Paul has an extensive background in sales, bringing over 20 years of media sales and client service experience to C–level, VP–level and Director–level stakeholders across interactive, direct, email and print channels.

Paul is always on the lookout for new opportunities at the intersection of digital technology and business–to–client networking and communication. When not trawling the Internet to uncover new trends in marketing, Paul –– a life–long, native New Yorker –– frequents any number of the City’s many theaters, enjoying a ballet or dance recital.

Brian Byer

Director of Business Development

Brian Byer joined the Easypurl team in March 2010, bringing fresh perspective gained over a long diverse career in marketing and technology consulting to the Company’s business development efforts. Brian’s strategic focus and his sales, marketing, and business analysis expertise has been accumulated over a 17–year career servicing a variety of clients ranging from established brands and Fortune 100 firms to smaller start–ups and entrepreneurial ventures.

Brian’s marketing technology consulting clients include Microsoft, Sprint, Subaru, Sears, eBay and National Grid. He has also worked with diverse Non–profit organizations such as UNICEF, the University of Texas to the Oregon Zoo.

Brian is an in–demand speaker, and has presented at DMA events – and as a recognized Direct Marketing expert, has participated in top industry round-table discussions. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

When not consulting with his many diverse clients on their upcoming marketing initiatives, Brian is known to strike fear in the hearts of Manhasset, Long Island–area tennis players during heated weekend tournaments.

Jonathan Klein

Director, Account Services

Jonathan Klein came to Easypurl in May 2012 to service Easypurl client accounts. With over eight years of experience creating and managing web–based strategies, Jonathan has deep experience connecting businesses with today’s digital marketplace.

As an Account Services associate, Jonathan works with customers to plan, implement and optimize their integrated, multichannel marketing initiatives. He brings a unique enthusiasm and passion for sharing his knowledge about marketing– as well as a fascination with design and technological trends –– that he leverages while helping clients with their marketing initiatives.

Previous to joining, Jonathan most recently worked for a midtown, Manhattan marketing agency, where he managed the digital presence on behalf of several SMB clients.

A native of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Jonathan holds a BA in Economics from Tulane, and was both a National Merit and AP Scholar.

Noam Rubinstein

Director, Product Management

Noam Rubinstein joined Easypurl.com in the summer of 2012 to oversee product management, QA, user experience and site operations for Easypurl’s integrated marketing solutions.

Noam joins Easypurl from Kapitall, where he most recently served as its first Product Manager. Prior to Kapitall, Noam worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and had held several product and management positions in the video games industry.

Noam occasionally guest lectures at the City University of New York, Brooklyn College, in the Department of Finance & Business Management. Noam is a Golden Key International Honor Society member and has been featured in New York Magazine (June 2009). He is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.


Director, Naps & Cardboard Boxes

Purl joined Easypurl after a stint at a neighboring Beverage Factory, where she primarily concentrated on pest control activities.

Now a fixture with the team, Purl has come with us to our new office – where her responsibilities now include lying on stacks of papers, playing in cardboard boxes and chasing lasers around the office.

When not visiting with Easypurl employees at their desks, she can be found napping anywhere that she can find direct sunlight.
